Basic Engine Details
- 2004 Suzuki GSX-R600 super-sport motorcycle engine
- 4 cylinder, 600 cc displacement with oil cooler
- Stock generates 103 hp @ 14,000 rpm and 49 ft-lb torque @ 11,000 rpm
Custom Modifications
- Custom Engine Control Unit (ECU) with dynomometer optimized fuel and ignition map. Allows wide degree of control over engine at various loads and rpm's.
- Custom intake airbox and plenum. Reduces pressure loss through the restrictor to maximize intake air flow
- Accusump TM Oil Pressure Accumulator. Stores excess oil under pressure to protect against "surging" during cornering and acceleration.
- 12" x 12" core, single pass aluminum radiator. Design based on stock radiator with custom geometry to fit side pod. Equipped with 10" electric fan.
